Volodymyr Sabluk's heart has been saved

Without your help, Volodymyr's heart and life were in danger. He urgently needed an endovascular operation to implant a cardiac device.

Volodymyr was born on December 31, 2013, as the most precious New Year’s gift for his parents. According to the examinations and tests at birth and later on, doctors noticed no abnormalities. Volodymyr grew up healthy and strong. However, during a routine cardiology check‑up, the doctor performed an ultrasound and discovered a congenital heart defect—a patent arterial duct—that required surgical closure with an occluder.

When Volodymyr was not yet a year old, his father passed away. His mother was left alone with two children. Her salary does not allow her to save enough money to purchase a heart implant, and she is forced to turn to caring people for help.
