Anastasiia Nalyvaiko's heart has been saved

The girl was born with not just one, but two congenital heart defects! From the very first days of her life, she has been under the watchful care of doctors who gave bleak predictions.

In Nastusia's heart there was a defect of the atrial septum and an open arterial duct. These defects created holes, caused complications, and prevented the girl's heart from beating normally. To raise funds for heart implants, our charitable foundation opened a project on the dobro.ua platform, and within a few days caring people closed the collection.

It is important to note that since birth, Nastusia has been diagnosed with not two, but three heart defects. However, during the pre‑operative examination, an echocardiography was performed, and based on its results the doctors confirmed the presence of two defects. Thus, one implant, for which funds have been raised, will help save the life of another child. But we will share this good news a little later.
