Daria Yermakovych's heart has been saved

Little Daria from Kropyvnytskyi is only 3 years old. She grew up as an ordinary girl, playing with peers, developing and discovering the world. When she had a common bout of bronchitis, her mother went to a doctor. After an examination, a heart murmur was found in Daria and she was referred to a cardiologist. The specialist gave a grim diagnosis – a congenital heart defect: an open arterial duct. The girl needed an urgent heart operation. The family did not have the funds to purchase a heart implant on their own. Charitable donors stepped in to help.

Thanks to the group of companies “Nine Masters”, which transferred charitable assistance for the purchase of an implant, the doctors at the Amosov National Institute of Cardiovascular Surgery successfully performed Daria’s operation – the hole in her heart is closed and the heart defect is now a thing of the past.

The company also provided material assistance, covering part of the repair costs for the X‑ray machine that enables doctors to perform endovascular procedures.
