16-year-old Innochka from the Rivne region, Zhuravlyne village, urgently needs heart surgery! The girl has a congenital heart defect – an open arterial duct, and she urgently needs an operation to correct the defect and install a cardiac implant. The operation at the Amosov National Institute of Cardiovascular Surgery is performed free of charge; you only need to purchase the implant (occluder) so that Innochka can live! The cost of the implant is simply astronomical for a modest rural Ukrainian family who only manage household chores. We ask you not to pass by this hardship and save the girl's heart!

Innochka is an ordinary Ukrainian girl who lives in a village and helps her parents with the household. She goes to school, dreams of growing up and making sure her parents need nothing. In such conditions there is nowhere to get almost 80 000 UAH to save their daughter’s life. Last year Innochka was found to have a severe vision disorder, which was another blow to her life. Now she has been diagnosed with myopia in both eyes. She is learning to live with it. But saving her heart is not just a dream, it is the guarantee of her life.
